RINO Big Game Hunter Alert! Ky Gov Fletcher says Marxist invader taxpayers have entitlement benefits

Kentucky remains the Worst Sanctuary State, under Republican RINO Governor Ernie Fletcher and there is a good reason why.
Governor Ernie Fletcher is running for re election in Kentucky and recently appeared on the Lexington Kentucky Talk Radio Show the Pulse with host Leland Conway last week to promote his re election and talk to citizens of the state about plans he had for us and the state.
Leland Conway the host of the show asked Fletcher four questions regarding the illegal alien issue that came from an Immigration Forum held the previous Saturday. Fletcher gave standard political answers including the old standby that he is “studying the issue” and has looked at what Georgia has done. You know the lines politicians use to lie to us without directly lying: I will take that under advisement, my advisors are reviewing it, I will get back with you, sure I will consider it and hundreds of others.
The writer called the Host to see if Fletcher could give a clearer indication of his position on rule of law and enforcement of existing provisions of the Constitution. The question presented regarded illegal payment of government benefits to illegal aliens and what he would do to stop it. It was followed with the caveat that I and millions of Americans have signed pledges to not vote for anyone who doesn't enforce rule of law and comply with the constitution. Millions of Americans have pledged to not vote for any Anti American candidates who support illegal alien invasion or other related issues.
Fletcher's responses to the questions offered by the host and this writer reveal he thinks illegal alien Marxist invaders should be left alone (permitted to continue their crime spree) as long as "they are paying their taxes and not bothering anybody."
The position of hundreds of millions of Americans is they are "bothering" American Citizens plenty. Welfare fraud, murder, rape, identification theft, social security fraud, infiltration in our school systems that cost about $9,0000 per child and many other criminal activities by the illegal alien invaders and illegal employers bother most American Patriots. To have an elected official suggest “they” (illegal criminal aliens) are not bothering anybody is beyond comprehension.
It seems awful hard these days to buy a good Kentucky politician. Fletcher’s opponent is tied in with the Horse industry and only cares about taking care of them and their great desire for more wealth which can be achieved with more illegal alien labor. They say they do it for their families. They don't think the billions of dollars they have now will take care of their families so they want more wealth, all they can get.
Most Kentucky politicians seem to follow similar paths. They are either ignorant of what it means to comply with rule of law and the constitution or they say they are ignorant when they are not.
In either case the true "ignorant ones" are the people who continue to vote for the better of two losers. The only thing we can do as informed voters is either vote for "none of the above" or write in a candidate of our choice.
We must not vote for the one we got. Until they vote for us. We must continue to get rid of “the one we got” until they get the idea they have to steal all they can in one term because they are not coming back.
The new election equipment in Kentucky does not facilitate "write in candidates" and makes it almost impossible to beat the two party deadbeats that are presented by the ruling elite in this country.
One of Fletcher's other answers regarding payment of benefits to illegal aliens left me even more confused. Fletcher said "if they (illegal invading criminal aliens) are here and paying taxes that should provide some entitlement for them." It looks like if they don’t pay enough taxes to cover the entitlements they get We the People will be in the unpleasant position of picking up the difference in increased government costs as we are now.
Those that participate in widespread criminal conspiracy to violate sovereignty of our Republic, violate rule of law, and remain loyal to foreign powers have no entitlement under the United States Constitution. They have no rights as a citizen of this country other than those defined in the law as humanitarian until they can be incarcerated and deported. When we get elected officials who understand that basic credo of democratic Republican government they are not acceptable as elected representatives.
The United States Constitution doesn't extend to the "citizens of the world" nor should it. There is no way we can pay for results of our corrupt government and we sure can't pay for corruption of foreign governments.
Definition of an “entitlement” to citizens of the world is one of the plays straight out of the left wing Ted Kennedy play book. If we are going to vote for a candidate that doesn't provide us a choice between one law breaker and another law breaker it doesn't make sense to vote for either. If we wanted Ted Kennedy or some other socialist Marxist type for governor we would vote for them.
That is apparently a common disrespect for rule of law both major political parties have. The law clearly defines parameters and means for confirming eligibility for benefits. None of those parameters establish criteria that say they are eligible if they are paying taxes.
The federal law is clear and prohibits all payment of benefits except under specific instances and clearly defines the penalty for any effort to defraud the government on claims. It seems Governor Fletcher fully intends to have the state and local governments continue to violate the law.
Maybe there is a section of the law we are missing that defines those people who are above the law and don't have to comply. If there is; RINO Governor Fletcher should publish it so we can all see who is excluded from the necessity of obeying the law.

286. Conspiracy to defraud the Government with respect to claims (FELONY)
Whoever enters into any agreement, combination, or conspiracy to defraud the United States, or any department or agency thereof, by obtaining or aiding to obtain the payment or allowance of any false, fictitious or fraudulent claim, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both. “
Many states and local jurisdictions including the Lexington Kentucky Department of Health report they have no procedures in place to determine eligibility of claimants under the law. That is a direct violation of federal and state welfare fraud laws.
We need a leader in the state of Kentucky to be governor but it appears we won't have one available this election no one wants to be accused of voting for another George W Bush RINO. The RINO’s have cut their noses off to spite their faces and will not receive votes of millions of Americans this year and next who have vowed and pledged to never again vote for anti American candidates regardless of party.
They must learn "rule of law" is the issue stupid. The "Constitution" is the issue stupid. The "Republic" is the issue stupid. "American sovereignty" is the issue stupid. "We the people" have signed pledges to not vote for someone who is too stupid to even figure out what the issues are.
It looks like Demoncrats are going to take the governorship in Kentucky again, but it is hardly any worse than what we have now. It is either tweedle dee or tweedle dumber.
We will be looking forward to seeing Kentucky RINO Senator Mitch McConnell beaten next. He is still saying the Marxist invasion is a "federal issue" (code for amnesty) and nothing can be done on state and local levels. Well we sure don't need someone who is ignorant of the issues in the senate either. He must not be aware of what is going on in states all over the country, like Oklahoma, Georgia, Missouri, Arizona, Florida, and many others.
We don't need leaders who “can't do the job” we need candidates who “can do,” like those in all the other states who have already taken pro American positions to end the criminal Marxist invasion.
