"This amazing tribute to the American Soldier is the most important exhibit we´ve ever brought to Hot Springs," said Steve Arrison, executive director of the Hot Springs CVB. "It perfectly captures the gratitude all Americans feel for our men and women in uniform. It is a must-see experience for all Americans."

Hot Springs Presents World Premiere of ´The American Soldier,´ Photographic Exhibition That Traces Fighting Men and Women From the Civil War Through Present War in Iraq.

The 116 enlarged photographs cover America at war from the Civil War, Spanish American War, Boxer Rebellion, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the 1991 Gulf War, Afghanistan and Iraq. They capture the danger and the frustration, the humor and the beauty, the camaraderie, the death and the victory that American soldiers have experienced.

The American Soldier salutes all American soldiers with photographs that capture the essence of American soldiering over more than 150 years, ever since the birth of photography. The American Soldier, A Photographic Tribute, will remain on display, free to the public during regular business hours, until Late September. For more information call Steve Arrison at 501-321-2027.
