Trae Wieniewitz of Wieniewitz Financial

" In order to weather the storms of life, having a positive outlook is essential. Going through a catastrophe like hurricane Katrina was a daunting experience for my family and for my business. Having to relocate was very taxing on my emotions, finances, as well as my relationships. When I felt like giving up and started to lose hope, I remembered what I learned a long time ago: God never gives you anything that you can't handle. This helped me look for an opportunity in the situation rather than dwell on the immediate tasks at hand. The catastrophe turned into one of the best opportunities I could have imagined for my businesses. Now, it's also a very interesting conversation piece that a lot of people can relate to. It now actually helps me identify with my audience during speaking engagements as a real person. What I would say to someone who right now feels hopeless is, "Pick your chin up and look around." There are too many rags to riches stories in our great United States to let temporary circumstances keep you down. Obviously, we all know that life is life, and it's not all champagne and roses. If you happen to fall on hard times, remember that being broke is temporary and being poor is a state of mind."

Dan Pena is a serial entrepreneur with over 40 years experience and grew one of his Great Western Resources to $450 million.

" I have been financially dead 5 times in my life. I have even had banks freeze my accounts and couldn't write a check for 19 months. My biggest piece of advice is to grab life by the balls and make your business work. If it isn't working than have the balls to shut it down. Stop whining and start winning. Nobody cares about you and wants you to succeed beyond your wildest dreams except for maybe your spouse. Then again maybe they don't care either. There are no shortcuts however if you find a mentor they can teach you things that will catapault you to higher heights. Remember nobody gives a s%&t so go for your dreams. Network with high performance individuals every chance you get. Attend my Castle Seminar in Scotland on April 17-23, 2011.

Mr. Z is a self made multi billionaire (He wanted to keep his identity private.)

" The goal in life is to grow. Obstacles are designed to help you grow. The number 1 key to overcoming setback is to understand your purpose. God created you to rule earth on his behalf and dominate it. That means all areas. Men, you don't let money, sex, drugs, alcohol, or fame dominate you. Women, you don't let men, fear, or low self esteem control you. The kingdom of God must come to this earth and the only vessel it has is you. Once you establish that fact your next move is to take action. Build a network of successful people. Go to where they hang out ie country clubs, mastermind groups, high end seminars, subscribe to publications they read. Have friends in all different types of industries, have friends from different races, backgrounds, etc. This will expand your awareness and your success will skyrocket. Seek first the kingdom of Heaven and all riches will be added to you.
