These claims are null because the Blue Nile does not cross the lands of the Abyssinians (the Amhara and Tigray tribes) but the occupied territories of the Bertas, the Oromos, and the Agaws. These nations are currently struggling to overthrow the racist Abyssinian rule, get liberated, and ultimately secede from Abyssinia (phony Ethiopia).
Anyone who uses the name of Ethiopia for the colonial state of Abyssinia contributes to the enduring and multifaceted genocides perpetrated by the barbarous Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian rulers against the aforementioned as well as many other subjugated nations, notably the Ogadenis, the Sidamas, the Afars and others.
The hatred, the rancor, the hysteria and the barbarism inhabit among the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian elites who also hate Sudan, Egypt, the entire World of Islam, Turkey in particular, and many other nations because they outshined them, contributing to the World Civilization.
But who are the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians?
What is their culture and education?
Am I right claiming that their elites constitute the epitome of Barbarism and the abnegation of Humanity?
One can write encyclopedias on this vast issue, but one may be accused for partiality.
Before analyzing the subject, I find it necessary to show to the Sudanese, the Egyptians, the Turks, and all the Muslims the real, true face of the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians.
Not what I say about them, but what they write out of their own free will .
So, in this series of articles, I will keep silent, and merely republish comments written by the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians about some of my articles. These comments have been published in the Buzzle forum, and one may find many Oromos, Ogadenis, Bejas and others thanking me for my contributions. In the beginning, I also participated a few times.
Thank God, the rules set by Buzzle prohibited improper vocabulary, and the software erased automatically thousands of comments similar to the dozens of thousands of mails that I have received over the span of the last few years; nevertheless, the remaining are still quite enough as determinant proof about the Abyssinian "culture" and "education".
Please, consider first the levels of analphabetism (exceeding 75%) and foreign language literacy (limited under 5%) among the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians; this data makes sure that my republication reflects exclusively the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian elites.

I republish comments as per earlier article of mine, adding the related link to the web page with the comments. I classified the comments chronologically in descending order. Names are those given by the authors; most of them are nicknames. Next to them, I marked the date when each comment was posted. You will soon realize that many Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians tried to impersonate some Oromos in order to put in the mouth of those whom they have been mercilessly tyrannizing the lies that are suitable to the bestial Abyssinian tyranny. The customary logic of the gangsters emanates out of this act.
Of course, there is no need for response, but after the completion of the documentation I will comment on excerpts, and on secret targets set by the Abyssinian elites that are included in these excerpts.
In the present article, I republish further comments, and the series will comprise several forthcoming articles. It would be a critical mistake for Egypt, Sudan, Turkey, and all the Muslims of the world to dissociate the state representatives of phony Ethiopia from these commentators. Those who did not write comments simply do not speak English and do not belong to the elites of the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians.

It appears in different forms, depending on the concerning language, e.g.Turchia since the late 14th century. As regards your claim on the indefinite borders of Turkey, I also agree with you. It was Jean Leclant, currently Permanent Secretary of the French Academie des Inscriptions et Belles Lettres, who was asked personally by Haile Selassie in 1952 to found the Service des Antiquites de l' Ethiopie, which he did at the same time another French Egyptologist, Jean Vercoutter, founded the Service of Antiquities of Sudan.
Please note that Jean Leclant has been my professor for the period 1978 - 1981 in Sorbonne, Ecole Pratique, and College de France.
There was another influential Semitologist with Leclant in Abyssinia at those days; I knew him personally, although I did not attend his seminars but exceptionally: Andre Caquot.
They explained to Haile Selassie the political benefits ensuing from the generalization of the use of the name Ethiopia by Abyssinia.
I would like to let you know that all Amharas working in the INALCO, like Argaw Mekonnen, my teacher of Amharic, revered and venerated Leclant in extremis, because of his personal friendship with Haile Selassie.
My great consideration for my former professor is still valid, limited exclusively in the academic sphere.
The story does not concern Abyssinia exclusively however; it hinges equally on Sudan, which would be the only correct user of the name 'Ethiopia'.
The French did not want Sudan to make use of the name 'Ethiopia' as this would pull that country (as it should) far from the Arab League and the criminal French conspiracy to mount up - through long work that lasted decades - Islamic terrorism.
If Sudan was left to cultivate its Kuic, African identity, the Pan-Arabist conspiracy carried out by France - through mentally, culturally, educationally and politically impotent proxies, namely the dictatorial, so-called Arabic, regimes - would be weakened.

I have no idea what your babbling about.... yes "Ethiopia" is a crappy name when you only focus on it origin. But looking back will never help in choosing a new name. Only looking towards the future will work. forget the differences of our past and focus on the similarity of our future. I myself mixed between many ethnic groups, none of my grandparents are from the same group. So I don't identify with any single group. I am an Ethiopian or Abyssinian or what ever you want to call it. I refuse to divide or define my self or my people in anyway. As an African what is important for me is that we had African strong civilizations in the Nile valley. Wether you call them Kues, Ethiopians, Aksumites or Abyssinians does not matter for me. These civilizations were dominating in the whole region especially south of the northern tropic. Wether they are your ancestors or not I do not pay a damn. Salaaam, I am a Beja who lives in America but my family has lived in Eritrea,Sudan, and egypt i have studied ancient egyptian i speak arabic as well as Tebedawi and tigrinia but i do not see the difference between tigre amharic or tigriniaa people. If u ask me the people of sudan eritrea ethiopia somalia djbouti and southern egypt look very similar if u would strip these people of there cultural marks and tribal dress it would be hard to tell who is sudanese who is oromo who is tigre or who is somali your a very good professor Muhammed but i think your ideas will bring nothing but bloodshed and hate among the people of northeast africa.

I am very sorry to learn that some of our so called politicians are way backward and still in the 18th century politics. Before the 18th century, tribal leaders used to govern their people in so many pocket localities. Before modern states appeared there were many kings, vassals, nights and self- appointed rulers or chiefs in almost all over the world. Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain and many other European countries Modern nations became so by unifying smaller principalities. In the same way Ethiopia was built out of hundreds of small principalities ruled by local kings and equivalent titles. As Ras Ali the Great was trying to be a unifer king, so was Emperor Tewodros from Quara (Tewodros is not Amara). The Oromo invasion that followed the footsteps of Ahmed Gragn, destroyed so many such small kingdoms in kafa, Gimira, Enarya, Kulo, Konta, Woloita, Hadiya, Yem, etc. etc. According to the strict definition of some narrow-nationalist politicians, Oromo invaders had colonized the ethic groups mentioned above and more. Other nations like Sidama, Tigray, Amara, Afar, Somalia, etc. passed through such processes. For example: Woliyta was created from the combination of over twelve ethnic groups. The Gurage nationality was split into over ten groups. In a way it was the survival of the fittest. because, not all were able to come out as unifying identities since the fission and unification took their own courses and development of language took a related pattern development that nobody had control over it.
My dear friend, ethnic politics is an old game. However, the 21st Century game is supposed to be better and advanced. Today, the question is not about ethnic organization of statehood. But the question to is to destroy all types of oppressions, be it ethnic, economic, language, culture - and replacing it with a more advanced and better one. It boils down democracy. Today all oppressed peoples irrespective of race, ethnicity, language, religion, etc., should struggle hand in hand in unison to destroy all oppressors that exploit narrow nationalists as their fawns for thier divide and rule game. Otherwise if narrow nationalists try to hail ethnic supremacy as Hitler, Musoloni, Radovan Kardzic, and others, which means that every othery ethnic group has to fight individually or in groups by being a tentacle of a local or foreign predetor. Do you think that there will be an end to such game? No. No especially in Ethiopia where people opted to live together for generations and generations by fighting out invaders rather.
My friend so what is good is to rally all oppressed groups in coalition of different parties under one umbrella nation. See for example the USA. How many nations do you think exist in America? Do you think these nations fight to secede or to realize of democractic rights of all citizens. In fact candidates carry cards to better serve their representatives by pledging to meet all rights of citizens incuding minorities. This is the only card that unite people for common goals, equality before the law, prosperity, peace and happiness. Other cards of narrow nationalists take us to the zero game of civic strife and backwardness. We have to go with the time. Otherwise time and tide wait for no man.

Your article sound good, but that is all it is. A very well written topic infested with hate. What do you think this kind of negativity will breed? For one thing, your divisive comments won´t get you anywhere. The people of Ethiopia have had enough of your kinds. What you stand for does not have any place in today´s Ethiopia. We are a country that is in transformation and changing. Are we completely reformed? No; however, change takes time in a nation as diverse as Ethiopia.
I am not by any means trying to deny the cruelty and atrocious deeds committed by the Imperial leaders. It is true, they were out themselves. Just like today´s leaders from TPLF are.
I encourage you to stop being divisive and work with the children of Ethiopia to rid of the monsters we have created. Your negative feelings and hatred will not get you any where in your or your children´s life time.
I encourage you to be more positive and think about how you can help your nation to be more democratic where all nationalities will live side by side with out fear and repression.

My father was really a man who love his Region and his people and always tried to save the people , and many times he saved a ONLF members the Shilabo war, in 2005 He was a Chairman of the town and he saved 30 person , whose are arrested ,and the militry wanted to kill them, but unfortunitely 30 prisoners died in Kabridahar prison, when they wanted to escape.
The military was not like my father, but the civil of Shilabo liked him, and they dismissed his chairman of the town, and when he died he wanted to save the villagers.
My self and my family deprived and the police arrested me 3 times and now I live in Addis.
