When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didnīt know what a hard decision was. An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that thereīs a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong. This doesnīt dissuade them – to the contrary they just do the best they can and worry about handling obstacles as they arise.

I have been in the real estates business for over 11 years starting out selling luxury homes in Rancho Santa Fe California. Now I am specializing in luxury homes in my own neighborhood of Mission Hills in metro San Diego. My business has grown considerably over the years because I change with the market. I focus primarily on internet marketing. Today's Realtors must be internet saavy and I believe should focas their marketing efforts and money on the internet.

The majority of my new business comes directly from the internet referrals. I utillize social media and functional, clean unclutttered websites to promote my business. I have several different websites that all focas on real estate. I try to maintain top positions in all the major search engines by blogging and utilizing social media such as facebook and twitter to drive traffic to my website. I average over 17000 hits a month on just one of my sites with over 300 unique vistors. I can usually turn a percentage of these into qualified buyers or sellers. I primarily represent sellers but I refer my buyers to my team of buyer's agents and assist them along the way as we locate the perfect deal for my clients.
