Is it hard to lose weight that they really have to have all those kinds of stuffs?

Well, you can tell that it is quite annoying for the diets that tell you to give up the foods you like, don't work. It is because none of the diets work. It is really obvious that when ten new diets are published everyday, each of them claims to be perfect, well the point is that, diets don´t work at all.

We have to put in mind that there never will be a diet that cures an overweight now. The main reason is that diets don´t attack the fundamental problem of the fat person. So the question should be, why do we gain weight easily?

Sure, diets help people lose weight, but losing weight is not the basic problem. The problem is gaining weight of course. Fat people gain weight fast and quickly, so they really soon have this fat occurring. The problem is that there is something inside us that makes us gain weight faster than other people do. Something in our body chemistry is favoring to deposit fats inside our body.

In conclusion of it all, fat people may need to use diet to help them lose excess fats. But dieting is only a superficial solution. The main cure or the real deal is to find a treatment that changes their body chemistry so they won't have such a tendency to make fat out of the foods they eat. They need to find a way to avoid getting fat all over again.
