"EHL": The Scientific Diet Plan of 2010 ….. Spreading of Hypophagia
Elhashemy´s Hypophagic Lifestyle "EHL" is a long–term strategy of induced reduced food intake, aiming at major body weight loss, also aiming at spreading such hypophagic lifestyle between friends and relatives. So, within few years it may benefit obese people allover the world. I am confident that such spread will happen because EHL 2010 deals with changing personal behavior.
Obese people usually need help to break the over-eating addiction habit, so I established for them this innovative scientific diet plan.
"EHL" is somewhat aggressive, but proved to be successful in 3 out of 4 obese patients. It raises self-esteem; also it increases confidence of obese because it shows them the power and ability that occur when controlling food volumes.
Under "EHL" program, obese patients are trained to limit their daily intake to:
I. Around 10 Luqaimat (micro-meals) mostly fruits, and
II. Half-sized moderate-diversified meals, with a volume of about 3.5 mugs, which is divided into: 1.5 mugs green salad plus 1.5 mugs cooked vegetables with starch items as rice, or potato plus 1-2 palm-size animal proteins to be ended with a small piece of dessert.
This limitation should be done from 4 to 6 days each week.
For obese patients with BMI 40 plus this may be a greatly reduced portion. But those who are trained to control their satiety at such level will get the highest possibility of completing the weight loss program successfully within 12 months, and may lose up to 110 pounds (i.e. more than 50 kg) in such period.
The introduction of some assisting factors will greatly help, the most important of which is the daily stimulation of Elhashemy´s Stomach Satiety Spot "ESSS". Also, some other items of Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan factors will help.
You can read my various articles on Luqaimat Diet, Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan, and Elhashemy´s Stomach Satiety Spot "ESSS" on American Chronicle.
"EHL" program was tried last year with great success where 12 super obese people succeeded in losing 182 pounds on average within 52 weeks.
Since January 2009, another group of 122 moderately obese patients started such plan, 89 of them are still continuing on the plan (i.e. 3 out of 4) and still losing around 10 pounds per month (up till now, they lost on average 81 pounds in 8 months).
Overeating addiction (hyperphagia) is usually due to loss of self-control, resulting in guilt feelings and depression. These suppressing feelings could be reversed when the obese succeed in controlling their meal volumes and become (hypophagic).
Changing your internal self is the key to changing your body weight for long and is the main target of my innovated "EHL" which will result in major weight loss for any obese who follow the EHL strategy.
