Here we are with the new presidential elections at our doorstep. And we have and are hearing of all the things that these new candidates say they will do for us if they are elected as the new President of the U.S. As I listen to the words, it seems just the same familiar talk that I have always heard in the past. What is it that is so new here? I can't really tell myself. Same promises although being put out there to us in some different ways, some different phrases, (and many just the same).

They give out their ideas and opinions of what and how they will do for the country, (for us) if it's their choice. About how the present Bush administration has made mistakes and were they were wrong in this or that. But still not one word about holding that administration accountable for the biggest and most terrible atrocity to ever darken Americas door. 9-11 was by far the worst most devastating attack on American soil in all it's history. And those responsible in anyway shape or form should be held accountable for this most horrible attack. But are they?

Senator John McCain stated on television recently that if elected he would get "Bin Laden if he had to pursue him to the gates of Hell". Fine, I support that whole-heartedly. But to think that Bin Laden is the end-all reason behind this atrocity is what I would consider ignorant or ill-informed to say the least.

Michael Moore made the film about this incident and while it's understood that many things in it might not be true or that there are things possibly misconstrued and all, there is also enough fact and possible evidence to suggest that something on the scale of this that took place could hardly be done without inside help. High inside help. There are most certainly enough questions, legitimate questions raised by this to to know that these questions should be answered. There is no doubt that these questions should be asked and pursued to find the real truth. It is these people who gave their very lives that demands such a proper response. The country should demand it and not let it be swept under the rug or simply dismissed as Bin Laden as the end-all answer for it. Again, it is not conceivably possible that this was done without inside help. Far too many things point to this fact that are difficult to dispute.

Why doesn't the story meet with certain facts? How can there be such inconsistency in what was reported and what has been seen, filmed and witnessed to? Why did President Bush and his administration allow, no help Bin Ladens family to be the "only" flight to hit the skies after this attack? And to do so "without" any real interrogation by our law enforcement?

Of all the questions being put to the new candidates, why are these questions not being asked and answered? So my question to Senators Obama and McCain is simple, will you properly investigate the Bush administration about his event?

The American people deserve the truth, they deserve an answer. This especially for those who gave their life in this evil event. They deserve nothing less don't they?

And how will this happen? The only way that it will happen is if there is an outcry from the citizens of this country that demands it. As well there should be. Too many times in our history have we "let it go". Too many times are the hard questions left really unanswered or that simple misinformation was to suffice for what, how, where, why and most of all who was responsible and should be held accountable. It is supposed to be the government of the people, by the people, for the people, yes? But it looks to me as if that real life concept is being lost and has been on this path for a long while. I do not see it as "getting better".

So when does it change? It doesn't change until "we" change it. Until "we" demand something better, better will never come.

We can sit back and chalk this up to conspiracy theory or the like, but as they sometimes say, just because your paranoid, doesn't mean they are really not out to get you.

Real investigation, real facts and by people who have no other interest in this but the truth. Who can you trust if this is done with just some official government department? Cover up? There are those who say that it can't be done. But in each thing we must ask, who are "those"?, they?, them?

Facts are facts and if found properly can clear much of the problem. Did a plane really hit the Pentagon? Or was it a missile as the seemingly facts indicate? That alone is enough reason to look further. One thing doesn't match another, and in this case, it really has much dispute in the so-called facts. There are many questions yet asked or answered. It seems that it all gets ignored and that few really care any longer. This makes me sad for the country and the world.

The twin towers dropped exactly as if taken down with a planned demolition. There were many reports

that this was not possible with an airplane hit. Two buildings, both hit in different areas, and both fall exactly the same way. Possible?

There are facts and details that I could go on and on about in this, but that is not the real point here. The real point is, will someone ask these new candidates what they intend to do about it? Or will it never really be addressed? My guess is, the later.

Why is it that after 8 years of Bush and his administration are we at the lowest, poorest and most difficult times that we have ever been in? The government so very much more in control of our lives, but we suffer more now than ever before. Now why is that I wonder? It doesn't seem that President Bush, his close staff, friends and associates seem to be suffering much after all this. I don't think any of them are starving, homeless or at a loss for security of their future.

It has failed and do we just blame them for this entire situation? I would think not as it is our own fault most of all. We "let" this happen. Not acting is sometimes worse than acting on something. If this is our country, then we should "make it" our country as we should. We need to "all" take some responsibility and pursue that which is demanded to be pursued. Not doing so has lead us to where we are today. Divided by our petty differences in-fighting among ourselves and blinded by those who seek to control us for their own gains. You can't arm-chair quarterback your life and expect it to change. You can't watch the same movie over and over again because you didn't like the ending thinking that it will change if you just watch it one more time.

So will it change? Or will it stay the same?
