I´ve been reading, watching, listening, to the pessimistic outlook on the future of this once great nation called the United States of America, which is the pinnacle of western civilization. Highly oversexed advertisements and television commercials where women show off their asses and shake their hips to sell a body spray, or a shaving cream plague our satellite waves (owned by News Corp) dumbing down the once intelligent citizenry of America. It seems, according to these American media outlets, we want nothing more than to live in our ignorant bubble never caring about how many American soldiers died in combat, or how many innocent civilians (or collateral damage) were caught in the crossfire, or how the government continues to bamboozle the American people into starting a fight with Iran. It seems that the mainstream media in this country finds it more important for us to know how Shia LeBouf is doing after his car accident, or how Angelina Jolie´s dad trash talks his superstar Hollywood, millionaire, daughter, or reporting the new racy pictures of Miley Cyrus circulating on the internet. There is indeed a war going on for our minds, and we the people are losing this war as we fall deeper into this mindless worship of stuff we don´t need. And let us not forget the destruction of the middle class thanks to NAFTA and the WTO. Now the people living in the West has to compete with slave labor provided by the East. Is that what they call globalization? Is that what free trade is all about? Is that what the World Trade Organization is all about? Bringing misery to people from any country, any state, and any market to the benefit of the transnational corporations who have no problem exploiting poor ´developing world´ citizens and blue collar Americans for their own profit? If anyone is to blame for the fall of the west, it is because of these transnational NGOs implementing these new global trade laws that punish the common man.

But I beleive there is hope.

And no it is not in the form of Barack Obama´s presidential platform.

It is in the form of the Ron Paul movement called Campaign for Liberty. There has been a tremendous media blackout on this ever growing movement for restoring the American Republic to its Constitutional principles. Trade with other nations, talk with other nations, but no intangling alliances, is not only Ron Paul´s call but the call of the founding fathers of this republic. No one is taking about this movement seriously because the media likes to paint this picture of Ron Paul despreately trying to hold on to his presidential ambition, which, if you have been following the movement like I have, is not the case. This movement is not about Ron Paul like Barack Obama has made his campaign about, well, Barack Obama. This movement is about restoring freedom in the face of a creeping corporate, neo con, global, fascist state. This movement, this peaceful revolution, is growing in numbers and the day will come when the media will have no choice but to take notice that there are American people out there who are not happy with the status quo. There are Americans out there who are not happy with what they see in television, or what they see in billboards, or see in magazines ads. A reeducation of what a free mind truly should be is happening but no one is really studying, or even observing such a phenomenon. Ron Paul is not a rock star like Barack Obama has become. He is not a wannabe maverick like John McCain is. He is a revoutionary, in the same likes as Martin Luther King and Thomas Jefferson, who understand what is at stake here and is looking out for the interests of the American people and not the interest of special interests groups plaguing our system. He looks out for the common American who works hard to provide for their families well being. As the Federal Reserve continues to bail out these corrput financial institutions, Americans are caught in the back end having to help bail out these corrupt financial institutions with OUR own devlauing money. It seems no other politician is stepping up to the plate calling out the Federal Reserve in their unjust actions against the American people. Ron Paul understands that the American people need to be educated about foreign policy, domestic policy, fair trade, a free market economy, environmental climate change, and especially about the liberties the ever expanding Federal government has been encroaching.

So why the black out? In not only in American mainstream media, but the media throughout the world? Of course, at this moment western civilization has hit its plateau where soon enough it will begin to decline, not only in economic terms, but that of philosophic terms. There is this fear floating around about the rise of Eastern Civilization where the Chinese will become the supreme rulers of the world once Western Civilization implodes on its own senseless stupidity. Western civilization was the champion of democracy, liberty, and human rights and now we torture human beings in Guantanamo Bay because according to the Bush Administration, along with other European nations, terrorists do not fall under the Geneva Convention rules. We suspended our liberties in order to sleep better at night where cameras are being placed throughout major metropolitian cities and in corners of our local streets. We are merging into super states just like the European Union only now the Council of Foreign Relations has founded the Security and Prosperity Project which is working hard to integrate the Canadian, American, and Mexican economies to form the North American Union. We are now more dumbfounded with no real philosophic outlook on our way of life because we go out and buy things to make us feel better about the inflated economy, the death of American troops, and the deconstruction of our liberties through many police state legislation being passed in both the House of Congress and the Senate. We are now caught in a web of this hollow, consumerist, materialistc ambition with no real merit behind it only credit. We no longer have any real values only say we have values. So my question to you is this? How can the enlightened ones living amongst the apathetic ones enlighten the ignorant? Because all in all when you break it down, we can no longer be angry at the ignorant for being ignorant, it is up to the enlightened ones to awake the ignorant for if we don´t then who will?

Ron Paul has turned the switch on in our brains when he told his republican opponents during the republican debates on Fox News and MSNBC that the reason they attack us is because we are over there attacking them. The reason why we are in debt is because the Federal Reserve prints money out of thin air with no real value behind it. The reason why we have run away inflation is because of our interventionist foreign policy. We can no longer afford to pay for this war. If we marched into Iraq, he once said, then we can march out. And although he did not win the nomination, the real accomplishment was waking up the sheeple who snapped out of their matrialistic coma to become living, breathing, American citizens with a newfound fire to restore this once great republic.

That is real hope.

That is real change.

There is no denying that we need to work hard to get out of this credit bubble. There is no doubt that we have a long, hard, road ahead of us that won´t be easy, but then again true Americans never take the easy way out. True Americans face the trouble head on because it is the right thing to do.

The sad thing is the majority of this country are still asleep.

They are still living inside this comfortable bubble of ignorance and we must work hard to burst their bubble to make them realize that this government has robbed them of their future, their children´s future, and our very own livelihood. It is time for us enlighteneed ones to begin educating the ones who are still asleep. This injustice against our country cannot stand.

For like Martin Luther King once said, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Rally for the Republic because if we the people don´t.

Then who will?
