There are those whose entire lives are wrapped up in a quest to control the lives of others one way or another. At the beginning of the 20th century it was socialism and communism. Now in the beginning of the 21st century it's environmentalism. By one ruse or another they are out to control the way the worlds populations think and act. To paraphrase Berry Goldwater, Extremism is no virtue in a quest for Power. The environmental movement however well meaning has its extremists who will create false scenarios to spread their message. Their message is usually filled with a great deal of false information based on their beliefs and only their beliefs [sans] logic or fact.

In the pursuit of power politicians and extremists often become sole mates. Communism and Despots used force, Socialism used greed and ambivalence, Democracies use fear to spread their messages. Joseph Gerbals the WW II Nazi Propaganda Minister was fond of saying Tell a lie often enough and it becomes the truth. And so it's become with the environmental movement, it's grown to the point truth no longer matters, only ideology matters. Facts give way to speculation and speculation gives way to hypocrisy, soon it becomes a fervent cause [ie Cult] and no longer a benevolent movement with meaningful goals.

After two decades of environmentalists spreading fear and false data, sanity is surfacing

primarily because the rhetoric has reached the point sane men and women can no longer stand idly by and see the economies of the world destroyed by what amounts to a cultish philosophy. Some [but not all] environmentalists are as radical and dangerous as Jim Jones [or men of his ilk] We have more to fear from the followers of Green Activism than from its leaders, many are elected officials making the crucial decisions effecting our daily lives not realizing the consequences of their actions, they are followers blinded by emotions. Emotionally the public accepts green as fact of life, in practice they totally reject it. The opinion makers can't discern the difference.

If we believe in creation oil is something God put in the earth in abundance. It was put here to be used to benefit mankind. Considering the complexity of creation I doubt man has the understanding to determine what is and what isn't the true value of oil, coal and natural gases. Intelligent men can agree at the present time the technology isn't available to totally ignore petrochemical products in favor of peanut butter and corn flakes. There should be a concern for the harm atmospheric pollutions can cause. Credit should also be given for the advancements modern technology has made and continues to make to control pollution. Contrary to what the Green Marauders spew, America has lead the world in cleaning the atmosphere of pollutions. Contrary to what's claimed Americans have been the Good Guys advancing technology in energy efficiency.

The Green People claim Americans consume 25% of the worlds energy, perhaps that true. Americans use much of that energy producing 75% of the new technologies the world benefits from,. To reasonable people that would sound like a fair trade off.

The the White mans polluting of the Americas began October 12th 1492 when Cristobal Colon [aka] Christopher Columbus arrived on an island in what is now the Bahamas. That's the natives view, the White mans view it was bringing civilization to paradise, That's been the white mans view of occupied areas since the Norseman invaded England and the Romans invaded the Holy Land.

When all the lands had been concurred and there were no longer places to be civilized and no indigenous people to be educated the white men turned on each other. It seems to be mans nature to be combative, if not with weapons then with words. Rarely are the long term consequences calculated until it's to late.

Global Warming is a myth according to Czech President and Economist Valclav Klaus who has repeatedly offered to debate Al Gore on the subject. President Klaus has deeper concerns than pollution or the possibility of the climate changing a degree up or down every decade. President Klaus worries about agriculture being diverted from food to fuel while there are so many starving around the world. President Klaus equates the environmental movement to that of the Old Communist Party that ruled over half of Europe and Asia for nearly a century. President Klaus reminds us of the poverty and starvation that ram rampant throughout the Old Soviet Union in its hay-day. He attributes it to a government that doesn't allow individual incentives to flourish.

The founding fathers wrote limits governing both the federal government and the functions of the states, they are written into the constitution. Above both are the rights of man, they explicitly wrote the rules giving the citizens of the new nation freedoms unprecedented in history. These freedoms are being circumvented, our rights are becoming limited with no justification. How long will it take for Americans to stand up and demand individual rights guaranteed in the constitution be restored.

Our freedoms are found in the constitution not in the halls of congress.
