Panic attacks and anxiety can be prevented with an alkaline diet. This diet is based on vegetables and fruits, like almonds, broccoli, oranges or apples. For a good balance you should have an alkaline diet in a 80% proportion.
Panic attacks and anxiety can be prevented if people watch what they drink and eat. A good diet, with all the needed minerals and nutrients will help both your emotions and your body to stay stable.
